Braille Bill Program
To enroll in the Braille Bill Program call Southwest Gas at the telephone number located at the top of the gas bill. Once enrolled, the customer will continue to receive a monthly gas bill that contains pertinent information required by various regulatory agencies, the remittance envelope for bill payment and company brochures. At the same time the customer is issued their regular gas bill, an alternate bill is sent to a vendor who will translate key information into Braille and mail the customer the summarized Braille bill.
