Our employees have a passion for giving that is unparalleled, and it is this spirit of giving back which extends throughout our tri-state service area that encourages each Southwester to get involved and enrich the quality of life of those around us.

Blue

To fuel our employees commitment to giving back, Southwest Gas developed an employee-volunteer team called Blue—Building Lives Up Everywhere. Each Division, and even our smaller districts, have a Blue committee which is made up of employees from all levels, and various disciplines. These employees meet throughout the year to identify volunteer opportunities for Southwest Gas employees and their families. Simply put, Blue fosters a culture of service that inspires our employees to give back to their communities and make a positive difference in the lives of others.
