Casa Grande Customer Service Counter Will Close

Casa Grande, Ariz. - On March 13, 2015 at 5:00 PM, the Southwest Gas office at 201 W. 4th Street in Casa Grande, Ariz. will close the walk-in customer service counter. Southwest Gas will continue to maintain an outside payment kiosk and administrative offices at that location, as well as an operations facility providing local field support and emergency response. Our core values of Safety, Service and Reliability remain our upmost priority as we continue to meet the needs of customers. No employees will lose their jobs as a result of this change.
 
In recent years customer lobby traffic has decreased, consistent with industry trends showing customers prefer to do business by more convenient means. Customers can view and pay their Southwest Gas bills from the convenience of home or anywhere else through the Internet. Service start, stop, or move can be arranged online or by telephone.
