Globe Customer Service Counter Will Close
Effective 5:00 p.m., June 6, 2014, the Southwest Gas office at 5440 S. Russell Road, Globe AZ, will close the walk-in customer service counter. Southwest Gas will continue to maintain an outside payment kiosk and Administrative offices at that location, as well as an operations facility providing field support and emergency response locally to the Globe-Miami area. No employees will lose their jobs as a result of this change.
In recent years customer lobby traffic has decreased, reflecting industry trends showing customers prefer to do business by more convenient means. Customers can view and pay their Southwest Gas bills from the convenience of home or anywhere else through the Internet. Service start, stop, or move can be arranged online or by telephone.
