Homes Program - Homebuilders

As part of the Arizona Smarter Greener Better Homes Program, Southwest Gas will support homebuilders’ participation in the qualification process by assisting with the cost of testing and inspection of new homes through rebates.
Qualified homes are:

Smarter through superior construction, high-efficient heating, cooling and water heating systems, along with choices for other natural gas appliances.

Greener as it helps preserve the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and helps reduce energy costs.

Better as a home provides all the features and amenities a new home owner is looking for as they increase their environmental awareness and look for ways to reduce their carbon footprint.
