As part of the California Homes Program, Southwest Gas will support homebuilders’ participation in the qualification process by assisting with the cost of testing and inspection of new homes through rebates.

Qualified homes are:

• Through superior construction, high-efficient heating, cooling and water heating systems, along with choices for other natural gas appliances.

• Helps preserve the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and helps reduce energy costs.

• Homes provides all the features and amenities a new home owner is looking for as they increase their environmental awareness and look for ways to reduce their carbon footprint.

This program is funded by Southwest Gas Corporation's Arizona customers and administered by Southwest Gas Corporation. This program has been reviewed and approved by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC).
